The Voice of the Construction Industry in Southwestern Alberta

LCA is your business’ voice within the Construction Industry through collective advocacy and effective representation.  An LCA Membership grants automatic membership into the Alberta Construction Association (ACA) and the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), so that our members’ views and needs are represented at all three levels of government. Our focus is to work on behalf of our membership to lead initiatives that will grow our local industry.

 Standard Contract Documents/Construction Guides

Reduce risk and improve your bottom line by utilizing industry standard forms of construction contract documents. CCA helps you simplify the way you conduct business and save time and money with its standard contract documents that are up-to-date, easy to understand and familiar to all parties. CCA & CCDC Documents are developed through a consultative process with representatives from all sectors in the construction industry. These consensus-based documents carry the endorsement of the four constituent national organizations. A lawyer from the Canadian Bar Association, construction law section also sits as an ex-officiator member of the committee.
