Classroom Course

This two-day course id designed to provide participants with a foundation for effective communication as well as skills to navigate various ethical situations they may encounter as Safety Leaders in the field.

• Conflict management strategies

• Decision making strategies

Certification

This course has a written test and skills check component. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on a closed-book written test and complete four skill checks for course certification
