Participants will explore the difference between foremen and supervisors, identify key traits of strong leaders, and build capabilities in motivation, communication, conflict resolution, and time management. The course also outlines what supervisors look for in promotable team members empowering foremen to lead with confidence and prepare for the next step in their careers.
