The course covers critical topics such as scope of services, budgeting, payment terms, insurance requirements, and intellectual property rights. You'll learn how to navigate contract amendments. manage additional services, and handle changes efficiently, with special attention to the coordination and integration of subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
A unique focus of this course is on the Consultant's obligation to follow their own Professional Practice Manual when producing Work Product. such as Issue for Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Professional Reports. This ensures that all deliverables meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the highest level of professional integrity.
